To help us find your order quickly, please include:
- the email address you used at checkout,
- your order number (it's in your receipt email), and
- which app you're using (Google Sheets or Excel, and whether you're on a computer, phone or tablet).
Haven't received your download? Check your spam or promotions folder for the receipt email first, then email us and we'll resend it.
