Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 5, 2026

This policy explains how Northwick Planners ("we", "us"), a business operated by Tarek Wazzan in the United States, handles information when you visit this website or buy one of our digital planners. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Information we collect

When you buy

Checkout is handled by a third-party payment provider. When you buy, you give your name, email address, billing details and payment information directly to that provider. We receive your name, email address, order details and location for tax purposes. We never see or store your full card number. The provider's own privacy policy also applies to your purchase.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include, and we use it only to reply and help you.

When you browse

Our web host may log technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability. If enabled, we also use the analytics and advertising tools described below.

What we never see

Your planner runs in your own Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel. Anything you type into it (guest names, budgets, addresses) stays in your own account or on your own device. We have no access to it.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We may use the following tools to understand how visitors use the site and to measure and improve our ads:

  • Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram ads), from Meta Platforms, Inc.
  • Pinterest Tag, from Pinterest, Inc.
  • Google Analytics, from Google LLC.

These tools use cookies and similar technologies to record events such as page views, product views, starting checkout and completing a purchase. They may share this information with the companies above, who may use it to show you ads on their platforms. You can control this:

  • Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we don't load the Meta Pixel or Pinterest Tag, and Google Analytics runs with advertising features turned off.
  • Adjust your ad preferences in your Meta, Pinterest and Google accounts.
  • Install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
  • Use the industry opt-out tools at optout.aboutads.info.

How we use information

  • to deliver your purchase and provide support;
  • to process refunds and keep records required for tax and accounting;
  • to understand site performance and measure our advertising;
  • to prevent fraud and keep the site secure.

We don't sell your personal information for money. We will only send you marketing emails if you have chosen to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other US states with privacy laws), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to correct or delete it, and to opt out of "sharing" or "selling" for targeted advertising. To make a request, email hello@example.com. We'll respond within the time the law requires and won't treat you differently for using your rights. Using Global Privacy Control (above) opts you out of ad-related sharing on this site.

Retention and security

We keep order records for as long as we need them for tax, accounting and legal purposes, and support emails for as long as they're useful for helping you. We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
