These terms apply when you use this website or buy a digital product from Northwick Planners ("we", "us"), a business operated by Tarek Wazzan in the United States. By buying or using our products you agree to them.
1. Digital products
Our products are digital files (spreadsheets and PDFs) delivered as instant downloads through our payment provider. Nothing physical is shipped. Product images show example data; your planner starts with the content described on the product page.
2. Your license
When you buy a planner, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may:
- make copies for your own use and edit them however you like;
- share your copy with the people directly helping with your project (for example your partner, family or wedding planner).
You may not:
- resell, sublicense, share publicly, or give away the files or modified versions of them;
- upload them to template marketplaces, file-sharing sites or public links;
- use them to create competing templates or products, or claim them as your own.
We keep all copyright and other rights in the products, designs, text and images.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, whose terms also apply to the transaction. We may change prices at any time, but changes don't affect orders already placed.

5. Compatibility
Each product page lists the software it needs (for example Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel 2016 / Microsoft 365 or newer). Please check these before you buy. Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel are trademarks of their owners, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or Microsoft.
6. No professional advice
Our planners are organizing tools. They are not financial, legal, tax or other professional advice. Calculations depend on what you enter, so please double-check important figures, dates and payments.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Apart from the promises in our Refund Policy, the products and this website are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the State of TODO: state, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you buy applies to that purchase.
